1) Constitution

We the People of U.S.S.W would like a democratic nation which in all is the what we want. We would like to ensure our founder Riotors to have a great army by the name of Golden Army. We fight for peace, freedom, and protection towards Club Penguin. Our Democratic Nation has leaders for in which servers are owned. Elections are held every 4 months. Meaning every 4 months someone new comes into Office for a server. Signatures: X___RIOTORS__

2) Summary

The Golden Army is and army that was created by Riotors the Main Leader. We are on our way to becoming a major medium army and hopefully this army will become a success like Riotors other army, The Golden Warriors!!!!

We have conquered these servers, however we own only part of some of these servers. The random servers have no point yet, but we are working on thinking of a good use for them. Go to bases page for more details. The bigger our army gets the more servers will be conquered.

4) Government

The Golden Army is democratic republican. This means that we will elect our leaders, but the citizens have a vote for the leaders. Democracy means (elected by officials) and republican means (elected by citizens). Below are our ranks in the leader form of government.

• President- The president is in charge of everything. He is also in charge of other leaders and decides who to promote and when to promote them. This person can be impeached for act of wrongdoing.
• Vice President- The vice president must be elected. This person can serve for a year at a time. There is no limit to the times served. The vice president is in charge of everything the president doesn’t want to deal with or can’t deal with.  This person can be impeached too or fired by the president.
• Chief of Staff- This person must be elected. They serve just like the vice president, except they can only serve half a year (6 months) at a time. This person may serve up to 3 terms as Chief of Staff. This person can be impeached or fired by the president.
• Seargent Major- This person must be elected by the citizens. The president has no say in this election. They can only serve up to 3 terms of 4 months. They may also be impeached or fired by the president.
• Captain-This person must be elected by citizens and approved by the 3 of the 4 higher classifications of officials. They may serve as long as 3 terms of 3 months at a time. The citizens will chose to relect them and the 3/4ths vote has to approve.
• Citizen- A citizen is anybody that is unelected

We vote without a cabinet, the president cannot vote for lower classes unless there is a tie.
